If you have an issue with a recently purchased pre-made product you may return it within thirty days of purchase. You may redeem for store credit or exchange for another product of equal value. You may also attribute the value towards a product of greater value; Paying only the deference.

 

You may not return used or damaged products.

You may not return clearance items.

 

Custom orders are also not subject to returns. As we are creating an item specifically based on your provided tastes and dimensions. All custom order sales are final.

 

Cut orders of cloth are not subject to returns. Once a specified length is cut from a roll it cannot be restitched to the roll. All cut order sales are final.
